What Is Cannabox?
Cannabox is an exclusive monthly membership box, similar to a magazine subscription. Except, instead of sending you magazines we send you a themed gift box full of awesome products! As you become a Cannabox member, you will begin receiving monthly shipments of new and exciting essentials, cool gear and other fun stuff our team of experts finds that you may have never have heard of or tried in the past.
What's in Cannabox?
The Cannabox includes 6-9 hand-picked, of the latest and greatest accessories and novelties. Items like; rolling papers, t-shirts, books, and accessories. We also include indy items not found anywhere else! While we do not guarantee a value that each Cannabox is worth, we do guarantee that it will be valued equal or greater then your membership fee! (average Cannabox value is between $40-$60)
How Often Is Cannabox Sent Out?
Cannabox is sent out once each month, scheduled to begin shipping on the 20th (the day after if the 20th falls on a Sunday or holiday) unless otherwise specified. Orders are taken until 12pm PT on the 18th (unless we sell out early, which will be posted). If you signup after 12PM PT on the 18th, your first Cannabox will arrive the following month.
Can You Tell Me What's In My Box Ahead Of Time?
The surprise is 50% of the fun! That’s why we keep the contents secret until you receive them.
When I sign up, how often am I charged?
You are charged the day you signup and then every time your plan renews. For example, a one month plan would renew and charge every 30 days and a six month plan would charge you six months then renew and charge six months later.
Do I have to sign up every month?
Absolutely not. Your membership will continue until you let us know you would like to opt-out of renewing.
When does Cannabox ship?
Cannabox normally begins shipping on the 20th of each month. Due to the large number of boxes we ship out this process can take up to 7 days for all boxes to leave our factory. We currently target to have all boxes deliver no later than the 30th of each month. If your box has not arrived or your tracking number has not updated, please open a support ticket HERE so we may investigate further.
Do you offer discreet shipping?
Of course! We would never jeopardize your privacy, or safety. Our shipping container does not say cannabox anywhere on it.
Is Cannabox available outside the U.S.?
As of now Cannabox is available in the 50 United States, Puerto Rico , Canada, Australia, Spain, Ireland and the U.K. All prices on our site are listed in USD, please be sure to check with individual countries exchange rates. Please sign up for our newsletter at the bottom of the page to be updated on when we add more countries.
What if something is missing from my box?
Every Cannabox is made by hand with love. Because it is made by humans, there can be mistakes. It is a rare occurrence but if you are missing an item or a product came defective or broken, don’t be shy just let us know! Please open a support ticket HERE, we will get you out a replacement ASAP.
Where is my box?
While we always ship on schedule, we can not control the boxes once they leave the Cannabox factory and placed in the hands of the carrier. Normally, delivery time is 4-7 days nationwide (10-15 days international) But, there are instances when a box may get lost or stuck in the system.
If you have not received your monthly box by the 30th of the month or your tracking information has not updated please open a support ticket HERE. Once we verify the box is lost or missing, we will ship you out a replacement ASAP.
How do I cancel my membership?
We hate to see you go! To cancel your membership, you may log in to your account and click cancel, alternately open a support ticket HERE and we’ll be happy to take care of your request. You will be sent any remaining Cannaboxes per your most recent payment but you will not be charged again in the future.
Please send your request at least 24 HOURS BEFORE your next scheduled renewal to avoid being charged and included in the upcoming box. Sorry, but WE DO NOT offer refunds for payments already processed. You may always re-activate your membership by contacting us HERE.
3 or 6 month members may choose to opt out of auto-renew by contacting us HERE. This will prevent your membership from automatically renewing at the end of the term, but you will still receive your remaining boxes left in your term.
