Cannabox Package Protection Terms & Policies

1. What is Package Protection?

Package Protection is an optional service guarantee provided directly by Cannabox. By electing to add Package Protection at checkout, you are guaranteed a priority replacement or refund in the event your shipment is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

2. Broken Glass & Damaged Items

We know how heartbreaking it is to open your box and find broken glass. If your item arrives damaged:

• Timeframe: You must contact our support team within 72 hours of the delivery date.
• Requirements: You must provide clear photos of the damaged item(s) and the original packaging/shipping box. Do not throw the broken pieces away until your replacement has been approved.

3. Stolen Packages (Marked "Delivered")

Carriers occasionally mark packages as "Delivered" prematurely. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it:

• Please check with neighbors and around your property.
• Wait 3 business days from the "Delivered" status before reaching out, as the package often turns up within this window.
• Claims for stolen packages must be filed within 10 days of the delivery date.

4. Lost in Transit

If your tracking has not updated for 7 consecutive business days (14 days for international orders), we will consider the package lost in transit and issue a replacement.

5. What is NOT Covered?

• Incorrect Addresses: We cannot cover packages sent to the wrong address provided by the customer at checkout.
• Customs Seizures: For international orders, Package Protection does not cover packages that are delayed, seized, or destroyed by customs authorities.
• Standard Delays: This service guarantees the safety of your items, not a specific delivery speed. Standard carrier delays are not covered.
