Shipping & Returns

Our shipping times & policies

Not only do we offer free shipping on every shop order over $25 in the United States, we work fast because we know you that’s how you want your products shipped to you. 

Cannabox subscription products

Cannabox subscriptions our shipped to all subscribers at the same time every month (similar to a magazine subscription) This means that if you order after the 19th of the month your first scheduled box will be shipped on the next monthly shipment. We schedule shipping to begin on or about the 20th of each month. We schedule to conclude shipping on or around the 25th of each month. If you are ordering from the US, your monthly box should arrive between the 21st and 30th of each month. If you have not received it by the 30th of the month feel free to open a support ticket HERE so we may investigate further. 

Outlet/cannapack orders

Cannabox outlet orders are processed and shipped daily Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). If your order is placed before 12pm PST Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) you can enjoy same day shipping. All outlet orders over $25 will receive free shipping within the US.

International shipping

We currently support shipping to a limited amount of countries that are listed on the checkout page. If you would like to see your country supported please drop us a note at [email protected] and we will try to add your country. 

Shipping times can vary depending on country ranging from 7-21 days. 

Shipping charges are dependent on the shipping country and will be calculated at checkout. 

Currently we don’t support outlet orders for international shipping.

Our Returns policy

Cannabox subscription products

Once you have been charged for your monthly subscription box or limited edition box, Cannabox is NOT able to refund your purchase. No refunds, returns or exchanges on any Cannabox subscription product. 

The Stash / Outlet 

Once you have made a purchase of a product from our outlet, we are unable to cancel or refund your purchase. No returns on outlet products unless a product is received damaged or different from what you ordered. 

For products missing from order or damaged during the shipping process

If an item is missing from your subscription box or other order or damaged during the shipping process you must open a support ticket HERE within 72 hours of delivery of your product to qualify for a replacement item. For damaged items please submit a photo and description of the damage along with your support  ticket. A replacement item will be shipped to you within 3 business day as long as the item is still in stock.
